Welcome
to Burla

There’s a small moment, a fraction of a second, when a piece of art engulfs us in its charms. From that moment on, it will forever be an integral part of us. Stepping into the 15-19 Burla project for the first time, breathing in the air, and taking in the atmosphere, is just such a moment.

Now imagine the feeling of living this moment each and every day.

The Art
of the Matter

At the heart of Tochnit Lamed, one of Tel Aviv’s best neighborhoods, you will find 15-19 Burla – a breathtakingly beautiful architectural work of art. The project includes three 9-floor boutique buildings, characterized by clean, minimalistic and trendy design. The project offers a residential experience combining an extraordinary building standard with green tranquility, all just a breath away from the area’s numerous attractions.

The project includes 56 apartments with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms, mini-penthouses, and unique penthouses.

Inspiring
Design and Style

Just like any artwork, it is the project’s precise amalgamation of all the intricate details that makes it so special.

The contemporary building style blends elegantly with Tochnit Lamed and its unique character. The clean design lives in perfect harmony with the verdure surrounding the buildings. Add to that the lively, pleasant green lung that is Jilbert Garden, the wonderful, diverse community, and the peace and quiet that are part and parcel of life in the neighborhood, and you get the picture you’ve always dreamed of.

Architectural Piece

The vision behind the Burla project is to create a unique and elegant architecture that will integrate harmonically with Tochnit Lamed.

Architect Marc Topilsky sought to create a building that is a timeless, clean, and simple work of architecture, but is also breathtaking, sophisticated, and with a depth of design.

The monochromatic shades and elegant design emphasize the project’s high-quality, minimalistic character.

The folds of the material create delicate shading that change according to the sun by day, and with the lighting from the apartments by night, dynamically altering the look of the façades.

The buildings are decorated with especially wide windows, stretching from floor to ceiling, emphasizing the qualities of light inside the apartments, and the overall quality of the buildings and apartments.

There are front and back lobbies, opening to the gardens, in addition to a common residents’ lounge for all three buildings, which contributes to the community feel that is unique to the project.

The Location
is the Masterpiece

The beauty of the Burla project, beyond the complex itself of course, is that everything you need is available nearby. Close to the buildings are three municipal kindergarten complexes, a WIZO daycare for toddlers, an elementary school, and even the Scouts (Tzofim youth movement) Ofek Chapter, which has been operating in the neighborhood since 1976.

At any time you can enjoy the magical atmosphere of Jilbert Garden, a beautiful community garden with wide-spread lawns and parasols for shade, kids’ playground, amphitheater for shows, outdoor gym equipment, dog park, etc.

A short walking distance away is an attractive country club offering a variety of activities and classes for all age groups.

The complex is perfectly situated in terms of transport – close to main thoroughfares and the exit from Tel Aviv, bicycle lanes, light rail green line stations, and public transport.
